Who we are

A national ambition

A citizen movement for dialogue, reflection, proposals and action, serving a united, inclusive, innovative and prosperous Mauritania.

Our vision

A Mauritania where every citizen, at home or abroad, can contribute fully to sustainable national development.

Our mission

Connect talent, generations, regions, institutions and initiatives to turn skills, experience and goodwill into useful action for the country.

Independent, non-profit and non-partisan. Inspired by the values of Islam and the principles of the Republic: dignity, solidarity, justice, responsibility, respect and fraternity.

Three pillars of action
1

Active citizenship

Take part, propose and engage in dialogue with responsibility.

2

National skills

Bring together and showcase expertise at home and across the diaspora.

3

Trust & cohesion

Rebuild the bonds between citizens, regions and institutions.

Governance

Collegial, transparent

Diversity is written into the Statutes (art. 15): balance between women and men, a strong role for young people, regional, social and linguistic diversity, and the diaspora.

General Assembly

Sovereign body of all active members. Meets at least once a year, in person, online or hybrid.

Executive Bureau

Runs the association between Assemblies; seeks consensus first.

Coordination Committee

The Bureau plus the leads of active Passerelles: implements the roadmap.

Passerelles

Thematic workstreams that identify needs, mobilise skills and build projects.
